U gradskoj vije?nici Grada Mostara sve?ano su potpisana dva ugovora kojima i prakti?no kre?e izgradnja vjetroelektrane na Podveleju. Potpisivanju je prisustvovao i premijer Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine Fadil Novali?.
Gradona?elnik Mostara Ljubo Beli? potpisao je kao investitor Ugovor o izvo?enju radova na rekonstrukciji lokalne prometnice L13 u naselju Podveleje, koji je dio projekta izgradnje VE Podveleje 1. Taj ugovor je vrijedan 1.185.000 KM, a rok gradnje je deset mjeseci.
Investitor u drugom ugovoru je JP Elektroprivreda BiH, a radi se o izgradnji pristupnih puteva, servisnih prometnica i montanih platoa za kranove VE Podveleje, koji se nalaze unutar vjetroelektrane. Ugovor je potpisao generalni direktor JP Elektroprivreda BiH Bajazit Jaarevi?. Taj ugovor je vrijedan 5.252.000 KM.
Izvo?a?a je pri potpisu ugovora predstavljao Denan Pekui? iz HP Investing d.o.o. Mostar, koji je u prvom ugovoru dio joint venture sa Amitea d.o.o. Mostar, a u drugom konzorcija sa Amitea d.o.o. Mostar i Izgradnja Tojaga d.o.o. Mostar.
Koliki je zna?aj ove investicije u energetske potencijale premijer Novali? je ilustrirao kroz brojke. Vjetroelektrana Podveleje trebala bi biti instalirane snage 48 MW, to je dva i pol puta vie od hidroelektrane Vranduk, ?ija je gradnja nedavno po?ela.
Novali? je jo jednom naglasio vanost da se sve ovo doga?a u Mostaru: "Mostar obiluje problemima i nezaposleno?u, mi u Vladi inzistiramo da prioritet naih preduze?a bude ba Mostar. To vidimo na ovom slu?aju, a tako ?e biti i kod autocesta".
Istaknuta je kompliciranost investiranja u energetskom sektoru jer to zahtijeva velika financijska sredstva. Investicija u ovu vjetroelektranu iznosi 162 milijuna KM.
